 About The Role:

• Conducting deep analysis and providing full, clear and in  Depth description of bugs and problems Tier 2 & 3, filtering out irrelevant information. making sure time and resources are being uitilized properly for fast and accurate resolution.
• Being the point of contact for all escalation,source of knowledge to our support agents, company employees and customers.
• Working closely with R&D and product teams,prioritzineg, streamlining our “problem to resolution” process.
• Help with identifyeg and closing knowledge gaps to our support and grower success teams, co developing internal and external resources and propper documentation of workflows and troubleshooting papers. Know how to de-escalte unknown issues with creating propper working instructions and workflows.
• Actively taking part in the support team building process, working closely with peers and manages on different tImezones.

Desired experience and skills: 

• 2+ years of work experience as a Tier 2/3 technical support engineer in a SAAS/IOT environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills – Must!
• Excellent analytic capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Working experience with R&D teams and familiar with product development workflows.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in documenting, creatin and developing working procedures.
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
• Highly independent, passionate, self-motivated and wanting to learn person.·
• Collaborative team player with a strong sense and appreciation for multicultural diversity.·  
• QA background – big advantage.
• Jira and Salesforce experience – advantage
• SQL expertise – advantage.

What you will be doing:

• • Designing and building software that’s extensible, reusable, and above all simple to maintain
  • Develop set processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production
  • Own the data development process end to end including business understanding, methodology, QA, and maintenance
  • Assist with schema design, code review, SQL query tuning.
  • Develop a scalable, distributed software as part of an Agile team
  • Estimate, plan, and manage actual work, based on the prioritized backlog
  • Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with members of your team (e.g., Analysts, BI Developers, ML Engineers) on the project’s goals
• Desired experience and skills:
• • 4+ years of proven backend development in JAVA 8+/Scala/Python 3
  • Experience in writing SQL queries and a understanding of the SQL engine
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
  • Familiarity with Linux
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes or at least with containerization and its orchestration
  • A team player with a "can-do" attitude
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Relevant academic degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent
• Nice to have:
  • Hands-on Experience with Apache Spark and NoSQL DBs (Redis, Elasticsearch, Cassandra)
  • Hands-on Experience with Spring/Spring Boot
  • Familiarity and understanding of Microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with a variety of big data technologies in the big data world
  • Familiarity with AWS

• Proven experience in QA and automation development, Java, Python, C# , JS or other.
• Experience in working with a complex decentralized system, SaaS solutions, and short release cycles.
•  Previous experience with API and UI automation, Microservices, Docker, and Linux.
• Experience with SaaS products & cloud computing Dev/Ops (AWS, VMware, Azure..).
• Previous experience with CI/CD pipelines.
•  Ability to multitask and handle various priorities.
•  Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• High level of expertise in SQL.
• Be part of the QA & Automation team and the R&D department, interfacing daily. with development & product teams, identifying, reproducing, and resolving problems found during the development & testing phases.
• Experience with Kubernetes - advantage.
• Experience with RabbitMQ - advantage.
• Experience with Redis - advantage.
• Experience with big data - advantage.
• Knowledge of JS & Testim.io advantage.
•  Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly independent, passionate, self-motivated, teamwork skills, autodidact.
