Job Summary

Fieldin is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide excellent customer service to our customers as well as internal stakeholders, driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

The Customer Support Engineer will be the focal point to address all customer-related issues throughout the account lifecycle, to triage and ensure professional and timely resolution of inquiries and requests.

Responsibilities: 

• Tasks control in the Fieldin system: Daily monitoring of the real-time data and information received from Fieldin’s customers into the system.
• Identify, analyze and solve problems in real-time. Reporting to relevant departments about various matters.
• Quality Control – preparation of daily reports for Fieldin’s customers
• Support processes of data receiving into the system
• Provide technical support for the Success Managers
• Assist the on-boarding of new customers in the system
• Generate special reports based on existing data

As a QA Automation Engineer your work will have a direct impact on development processes across the entire R&D organization and will enable improved customer engagement.

-Take a leading part in designing and testing our automation infrastructure. 

-Take a key role as automation technology lead and you will provide mentoring to the entire QA team. 

-Build new testing infrastructure for our core process and data validation, including API testing & big data validation working on microservices architecture

-You will be exposed and have an opportunity to learn and adapt the latest technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Microservices architecture.

-You will start testing the features from its very early stage and will be able to affect the feature quality, ensuring that the code is always shippable.
