Responsibilities:

• • Manage HR day-to-day operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, talent management, performance reviews, welfare, compensation and benefits, and other HR domains, to make sure HR operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, consulting and providing guidance regarding organizational and people-related issues.
  • Develop and execute HR programs, policies, and practices.
  • Influence and implement practices to increase employee engagement.
  • Proactively identify people issues and trends within the business and work together with key stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
  • Lead a wide range of HR initiatives and projects.
• Desired experience and skills:
• • 5+ years in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role in high-tech companies/startups, taking responsibility for the full scope of HR activities and providing business partnership in core HR functions such as employee relations, training and development, talent acquisition, employee well-being, organizational development, etc.
  • Great ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Effective communication skills - written, verbal, and listening skills, both in Hebrew and English.
  • Analytical thinking, experience in using data to diagnose and analyze challenges, and drive solutions.
  • Strong consulting, coaching, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and own the process E2E while collaborating with different stakeholders.
  • Outstanding team player, passionate about people and organizational culture.
  • High energy with a hands-on and “can-do” mentality, great ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • BA/MA degree in Human Resources or related field

• • Taking a key role in our team and developing in cutting edge technologies

  • Experience using AWS and related cloud technologies - EC2, RDS, etc. Familiarity with docker, containers and clusters is an advantage
  • Passionate about software development and constantly expanding your knowledge and keeping up to date with the state of the art.
  • Strong knowledge in software design and passion for creating high standard code
  • BSc/MSc in computer science or related field

What you will be doing:

• • Designing and building software that’s extensible, reusable, and above all simple to maintain
  • Develop set processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production
  • Own the data development process end to end including business understanding, methodology, QA, and maintenance
  • Assist with schema design, code review, SQL query tuning.
  • Develop a scalable, distributed software as part of an Agile team

  • Familiarity with Linux
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes or at least with containerization and its orchestration

  • Relevant academic degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent
• Nice to have:
  • Hands-on Experience with Apache Spark and NoSQL DBs (Redis, Elasticsearch, Cassandra)

  • Familiarity and understanding of Microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with a variety of big data technologies in the big data world
  • Familiarity with AWS

Essential Functions

• • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth
  • Own customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve issues with software, hardware, and configurations
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate solutions
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions, discussions, and resolutions
  • Maintain professional and jovial relationships with customers

Desired experience and skills:

• • 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under demanding timelines
  • A customer-obsessed attitude and a willingness to ‘go the extra mile’, backed by strong communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • A collaborative team player with a strong sense and appreciation for multicultural diversity
  • Good spoken and written English- Must!
