What you will be doing:

• Designing and building software that’s extensible, reusable, and above all simple to maintain
• Develop set processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production
• Own the data development process end to end including business understanding, methodology, QA, and maintenance
• Assist with schema design, code review, SQL query tuning.
• Develop a scalable, distributed software as part of an Agile team
• Estimate, plan, and manage actual work, based on the prioritized backlog
• Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements

Desired experience and skills:

• 3+ years of proven backend development in Java/.Net Core/ Go
• Extensive knowledge in SQL
• Experience in Microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Developing in Linux environment

Nice to have:

• Hands-on Experience with NoSQL DBs (Redis, Elasticsearch, Cassandra)
• Hands-on Experience with MQ (Kafka, Rabbit, etc.)
• Developing over Docker and Kubernetes or at least with containerization and its orchestration
• Familiarity with AWS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA on web\mobile environments
• Vast knowledge of QA methodologies including plan, design, execution, and reporting.
• Experience in analyzing data using SQL queries (join level).Experience in testing and debugging complex web or mobile applications.
• Knowledge of JS & ‘Testim.io’, ‘Test Project’ - advantage. knowledge with API automation
• Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly independent, passionate, self-motivated, teamwork skills, autodidact.
• Experience working with Jira & X-ray is an advantage.
• Cross-platform manual testing: Android, iOS, Web
• Team player experience working in a startup environment
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Quality assurance course graduate \ bachelor's degree

:Essential Functions

• Plan, research, and author internal and customer-facing documentation deliverables for software and hardware products. Provide content which is technically accurate, structurally logical, stylistically compliant, and authored to suit the target audience.
• Scope content, estimate effort, flag risks and dependencies, and propose mitigations.
• Work independently, proactively, and responsibly, in close collaboration with other contributors, cross-functional teams, and the Manager.
• Consult software and technology subject matter experts to review, modify, and revise complex documentation for all departments, employees, and audiences.
• Assess and evaluate the user and employee needs and level of knowledge relevant to technical documentation.
• Interpret complex software/hardware features and functions and translate them into a concise, relevant, and readable format.
• Share progress and review technical content with complete transparency.
• Proofread and edit content created by team members and contributors.
• Integrate user-friendly content in illustrations, graphs, and infographics for enhanced user experience.
• Write, review, organize, and maintain online help content to facilitate end-users.
• Create using a uniform writing style across all media and other platforms for consistency within and outside the organization.
• Reach project milestones on time and with quality.
• Indulge in user research for feedback, revisions, and improvement in technical content.
• Work closely with our offshore teams.

Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• 3+ years of work experience in technical writing and software documentation.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew, written and oral (translate documents for US and Israel based stakeholders)
• Proficiency in word processor programs such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
• Communication skills suitable to a large, complex, diverse, and dynamic work environment.
• Excellent writing skills, including the ability to suit style to content, write accurately and concisely, prioritize and triage feedback, comply with a style guide, and self-edit for language accuracy, style compliance, and minimalism.
• Adaptable to change and able to transition between assignments quickly and effectively.
• Ability to multitask, apply effective time management skills, and uphold project priorities.
• Quick learner who is able to gather and analyze information and context related to projects and deliverables from various sources including meeting discussions.

• This position is remote but may require occasional travel to the company’s office locations.

 About The Role:

• Conducting deep analysis and providing full, clear and in  Depth description of bugs and problems Tier 2 & 3, filtering out irrelevant information. making sure time and resources are being uitilized properly for fast and accurate resolution.
• Being the point of contact for all escalation,source of knowledge to our support agents, company employees and customers.
• Working closely with R&D and product teams,prioritzineg, streamlining our “problem to resolution” process.
• Help with identifyeg and closing knowledge gaps to our support and grower success teams, co developing internal and external resources and propper documentation of workflows and troubleshooting papers. Know how to de-escalte unknown issues with creating propper working instructions and workflows.
• Actively taking part in the support team building process, working closely with peers and manages on different tImezones.

Desired experience and skills: 

• 2+ years of work experience as a Tier 2/3 technical support engineer in a SAAS/IOT environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills – Must!
• Excellent analytic capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Working experience with R&D teams and familiar with product development workflows.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in documenting, creatin and developing working procedures.
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
• Highly independent, passionate, self-motivated and wanting to learn person.·
• Collaborative team player with a strong sense and appreciation for multicultural diversity.·  
• QA background – big advantage.
• Jira and Salesforce experience – advantage
• SQL expertise – advantage.
