מוצרים טכנולוגיים: ניסיון בעבודה עם מוצרים כמו Tableu , monday, JIRA. ניסיון בכתיבת גאנטים, ניהול משימות (סביבת פיתוח AGILE).
יכולת ביטוי טובה בכתב ובעל פה, יחסי אנוש מעולים, יוזמה ויכולת ניהול עצמי.
הכרות עם מערכות CRM / ERP - יתרון.
השכלה רלוונטית בתחום - מהנדס/ת תעשייה וניהול וכד'.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
* Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
* Strong communication skills
* Experience working with a team.

What you will be doing:

• As the QA Manager at Fieldin, you will be fully responsible for assessing and communicating the quality of Fieldin’s software at any given time
• You will strongly advocate for proper QA process and procedure, insisting on the correct documentation of QA test cases, plans and procedures
• You will review the work of the team, making sure that the testing defined adequately assesses the quality of the work at hand, looking beyond the current feature or release, and validating any other affected areas are covered
• You will make recommendations to the automation teams for which tests should be automated, which should be a part of the CI/CD process, and which should be part of the regression cycle
• You will be a strong advocate for quality and the customer
• You will manage the QA team to ensure compliance with the
• goals listed here

Desired experience and skills:

• Proven experience in QA, both as an individual contributor, and as a team leader/manager
• Experience in working with a complex decentralized system, SaaS solutions, and short release cycles
• Experience with SaaS products & cloud computing Dev/Ops

• Strong leader, with an “unblockable” attitude, continuously looking for ways to improve and move forward
• Excellent written and verbal English skills

Responsibilities:

• • Tasks control in the Fieldin system: Daily monitoring of the real-time data and information received from Fieldin’s customers into the system.
  • Quality Control – preparation of daily reports for Fieldin’s customers
  • Support processes of data receiving into the system
  • Provide technical support for the Success Managers
  • Assist the on-boarding of new customers in the system
  • Generate special reports based on existing data

Requirements

• • Availability for about 80 hours per month, 3-4 working days per week.
  • Agriculture / Biology background- Advantage
  • Significant advantage in experience in preparing reports, data analysis and preparation presentations
  • Knowledge of OFFICE – Excel is a must.

What you will be doing:

• Designing and building software that’s extensible, reusable, and above all simple to maintain
• Develop set processes for data mining, data modeling, and data production

Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• 3+ years of work experience in technical writing and software documentation.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew, written and oral (translate documents for US and Israel based stakeholders)
