What you will be doing:

- Execute purchases, including issuing POs

- Research potential vendors

- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

T- rack orders and ensure timely delivery

- Review quality and accuracy of purchased and delivered products

- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

- Coordinate and issue shipments from/to suppliers and Fieldin branches

- Deal with logistics issues 

- Monitor stock levels, ensure optimal stock levels and place orders as needed

- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

- Assist with planning of material

 What you will be doing: 

- The Head of Production lead the mass-production operations, responsible for development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Fieldin's production and operation processes

- The employee will be the owner and responsible for taking a product from a Beta-phase and bring it to a mass-production of thousands of units per year. 

- This includes managing the product’s BOM, aligning with the hardware R&D team any modifications in the product, being accountable for production times, and overseeing supply chain and inventory processes. 

- This includes creating/maintaining/setting productions policies, manuals, and directives.

- The Head of Production ensures policies and procedures are followed and work closely with the procurement team, hardware R&D team, and product team to make sure that the product is delivered on time and on the required quality. 

- The Head of Production reports to the Chief Autonomous and Business Development Officer and will spend on average 3 days a week in the Tel-Aviv office and 2 in the Yokneam office. 

Essential Functions :

- Build and lead the production department for Fieldin hardware. 

- Make sure that the product’s production meets the required timeline and quality

- Identify bottlenecks and risks in the production process

- Cost center budget management aimed at reducing cost and increasing efficiency

- Provide quality assurance process for a multidisciplinary product

- Formulate production concepts & work procedures.

- Accountable for ensuring full regulatory compliance and legal requirements.

- Develop and establish directives and procedures and other tasks related to the production department

Responsibilities: 

• Tasks control in the Fieldin system: Daily monitoring of the real-time data and information received from Fieldin’s customers into the system.
• Identify, analyze and solve problems in real-time. Reporting to relevant departments about various matters.
• Quality Control – preparation of daily reports for Fieldin’s customers
• Support processes of data receiving into the system
• Provide technical support for the Success Managers

We are looking for a firmware / Hardware QA team member to join our embedded s/w team. You will work to test and approve new developments, analyze and troubleshoot field data and device logs, investigate the malfunction root cause, in the office and in the field, help improve the device functionality.

You will work in the office and in the field, with lab equipment’s, testers, and install devices on an agriculture rig.
