Responsibilities:
- Tasks control in the Fieldin system: Daily monitoring of the real-time data and information received from Fieldin’s customers into the system.
- Identify, analyze and solve problems in real-time. Reporting to relevant departments about various matters.
- Quality Control – preparation of daily reports for Fieldin’s customers
- Support processes of data receiving into the system
- Provide technical support for the Success Managers
- Assist the on-boarding of new customers in the system
- Generate special reports based on existing data

Requirements:
- Knowledge of OFFICE – Excel is a must.
- Technological orientation
- Ability to work independently and a highly personal responsibility to perform task
- Attention to details and thorough
- Ability to work successfully under goal plans
- Fast learning curve
- Good spoken and written English
- Academic Degree- Must!, Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems/Practical Engineering – An advantage
