What you will be doing:

• Lead a full design cycle from research through prototyping to design & usability testing, in an iterative, flexible and dynamic way.
• Act as the user's advocate throughout the entire development process. offering iterative suggestions from a user-centered perspective
• Work closely with other designers, PM’s, engineers, and customer success, fostering a collaborative, productive, knowledge-based, and positive environment. 
• Conduct research based on customer feedback, interviews, data, competitor analysis, and more.
