Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop the company's analytics accelerator storage engine, a C++ software module that the company software stack uses to create, read, and update data
Analyze and solve complex problems from the fields of modern databases and distributed computation systems
Optimize software performance.
Utilize cutting-edge technology and make it accessible for users
BSc degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field
Great programming skills in C++ 17 and above.
At least 5+ years of professional Software development experience
Experience with solving optimization problems
Experience with database/data-warehouse internals
Strong understanding of design patterns, best practices, and coding standards
Excellent abstraction and analytical skills
Advantage
Proficiency in SQL
Understanding of computer architecture
Experience with ETL processes
Experience with other storage engines
