Responsibilities:
* Tasks control in the Fieldin system: Daily monitoring of the real-time data and information received from Fieldin’s customers into the system.
* Identify, analyze and solve problems in real-time. Reporting to relevant departments about various matters.
* Quality Control – preparation of daily reports for Fieldin’s customers
* Support processes of data receiving into the system
* Provide technical support for the Success Managers
* Assist the on-boarding of new customers in the system
* Generate special reports based on existing data

* Academic Degree/Diploma
* Technological orientation
* Ability to work independently and a highly personal responsibility to perform task
* Attention to details and thorough
* Ability to work successfully under goal plans
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Fast learning curve
* Good spoken and written English
