אצלנו, מדריכ/ת השיקום הוא חלק מהצוות השיקומי ולכן העבודה נעשית בצורה משותפת עם מתאמ/ת השיקום – איש מקצוע שמלווה ברמה האישית והמקצועית ומעניק תמיכה בעבודה השוטפת.
התפקיד כולל השתתפות בהדרכות וישיבות צוות ומתאים מאוד עבור מי שעולם בריאות הנפש מעניין אותו/ה ועולם השיקום מתאים לו/ה. המשרה שעתית וגמישה.

The IT Infrastructure manager will be responsible for managing the IT Infrastructure team and the corresponding technologies for the EMEA region. The individual will possess strong written and verbal communications skills, be comfortable presenting to audiences, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, but rewarding technical environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain corporate IT policies and processes across multiple business units
Identify opportunities for process, systems, and technological optimizations
Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the IT Infrastructure team
Provide resource management to major initiatives by forecasting resource demands with functional areas, coordinating the staffing of infrastructure programs/projects with managers, and providing work direction and coaching
Manage existing audit items to full remediation and take actions to minimize future findings
Ensure assets are responsibly and properly managed through life cycle
Maintains overall system compliance with information security policies and procedures
Serves as technical subject matter expert for the resolution of Infrastructure related issues
Works towards cost effective solutions and enhancements to optimize functionality within the system. Research options, performs cost benefit analysis, and develops written recommendations
Monitor server and network uptime. Makes recommendations to improve faults as needed
Assist in management of regional servers and workstations
Serve as escalation point to assist in troubleshooting of infrastructure issues
Works independently or as a team member for multiple infrastructure related projects
Performs other related duties as assigned

Advanced knowledge of modern Microsoft technologies and solutions
Experience working in Active Directory and Office 365
Experience managing Windows Server and windows workstations
Knowledge of VMware vCenter and ESXi
Experience managing storage technologies to include iSCSI, FC, CIFS/SMB, NFS
Knowledge of routing/switching and firewalls, VLANs, SDWAN, and SSL VPN
General understanding of corporate IT governance practices and handling of regulatory compliance which may include: Local and global State, Federal and various taxing authorities and development, and data migration/integration skills.
Ability to engage teams and partners with excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
Minimum 5 year experience working in Information Technology roles
Minimum 2 year experience in advanced network/systems role
Minimum 1 year experience in managerial rol
Educational/Certification Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/certifications.
Technical certifications are highly desirable: Microsoft MCSA/E, CCNA, ITIL
