למפעל מוביל באזור צפת דרוש/ה מבקר/ת איכות 

העבודה כוללת בקרת איכות במפעל היצור, תחום מזון. 

המשרה ב-3 משמרות בוקר, ערב ולילה. כולל שעות נוספות (שישי בוקר ומוצ"ש לפי צורך).

הסעות מאזורי: צפת, בירייה, עכברה, גוש חלב, כרמיאל 
שאר האזורים במרחק של כ-30 דקות מצפת הגעה עצמאית - החזר נסיעות ע"פ חוק

• ניהול מערכת גיל הרך (גילאי 0-6) הכוללת פעוטונים וצהרונים, ניהול מקצועי וחינוכי
• בניית תוכנית עבודה שנתית, יישום התוכנית וניהול תקציב שנתי בקרה ומעקב
• גיוס וניהול צוות הגננות והמטפלות במערכת, בניית צוותים, שימור וניהול שוטף
• הטמעה של תפיסה חינוכית, הדרכה וליווי פדגוגי צמוד של הצוות
• ניהול הקשר עם ההורים, בצורה יזומה וכמתן מענה לפניות
• ניהול אדמיניסטרטיבי ולוגיסטי של המקום
• קשר ועבודה משותפת עם גורמים ובעלי תפקידים בישוב ובמועצה, כולל ישיבות בשעות הערב
• חברות בפורום מנהלי חינוך וקבלת הדרכה פדגוגית מהמועצה

ניסיון בהנהלת חשבונות חד צידית וכפולה .
רצוי נסיון בהנהלת חשבונות במשרד יועצי מס/רו"ח

לחברה  מובילה בתחומה דרוש/ה מהנדס/ת פרויקטים למחלקת ההנדסה 

התפקיד כולל:

-  אחריות על הכנת כל התשתיות ההנדסיות לפרויקט ואישורם לפני יציאה לייצור

- ריכוז הפרויקט על כל היבטיו, הכרות של תהליכי ייצור בתחום

המתכת.

- מתן מענה הנדסי כולל לכל מחלקות המפעל ולקבלני משנה

- ביצוע שינויים הנדסיים בפרויקט

- מתן פתרונות הנדסיים לקווי יצור וקבלני משנה

As Principal Product Manager for the BMC Knowledge Management SaaS Product, you will primarily be tasked with defining the product roadmap for the Knowledge Management product, consolidate knowledge sources into the Knowledge Management solution & integrate Knowledge Management into all of BMC’s Helix product lines which includes the BMC Helix Chatbot, BMC Helix Digital Workplace, BMC Helix Business Workflows, Service Management and Operations Management product lines to  launch next generation solutions for both the on-prem & SaaS products.

Each day, you will work with customers, engineering teams, product managers, designers, marketers and sales to build and deliver products that people and companies love. You will be charged with delivering and driving adoption of the product portfolio. You love making products that delight customers. You understand that great products balance simplicity and robust features to solve real world problems.

The successful candidate will have a global role based in Israel.

Job functions & responsibilities:

• Accountable for delivering detailed product requirements for upcoming products based on subject matter expertise and deep understanding of the market and from working closely with customers, analysts and business stakeholders
• Understands and analyzes customer workflows at a deep level to translate market requirements to product development and the value proposition to downstream functions (marketing, sales, operations)
• Conducts competitive analysis and market assessment for establishing go-to-market strategies that capitalize on market trends, customer needs and competitive positioning
• Properly segments the market and creates specific product strategies, roadmaps and tactics to address each segment's needs and requirements
• Manages the design, development and enhancement of products to meet organizational and business objectives
• Communicates product status and roadmap evolution to senior management
• Monitor key customer metrics on product adoption, customer concerns, NPS scores
• Builds effective relationships with sales, customers, partners, and internal groups
• Supports sales and pre-sales to effectively demonstrate the latest “employee experience” solutions
• Presents and discusses product roadmaps to partners and customers
