במסגרת התפקיד:
אחריות על פיתוח פעולות/ חוויות ותוכניות לילדים (עד כיתה יב')
ליווי לפעילויות חוץ
אחריות לבניית תכנים ופעולות בהתאם לגיל/ שכבה/ תקופה
 

תחומי אחריות עיקריים

• הפעלת מכונות ייצור, תחזוקה, מעקב שוטף אחר ביצועי המכונה
• הזנת חומרי גלם למכונה
• פתרון תקלות במכונה
• ביצוע חילופי מוצר
• הקפדה על נהלי בטיחות בהתאם להנחיות בקווי הייצור

עבודה ב-3 משמרות, בוקר, צהריים ולילה

UCT Fluid Solutions עוסקת בפיתוח, ייצור ושיווק מערכות ומוצרים לבקרת זרימה לתעשיית השבבים, הכימיה והאנרגיה ומגייסת קניינ/ית בכיר/ה.

תיאור המשרה:

• פונקציה המקשרת בין מנהל הרכש לצוות.
• איתור וניהול ספקים, קבלת הצעות מחיר, חתירה להורדת עלויות בחברה.
• עבודה מול קבלני משנה - הכנת תחזיות לייצור ומעקב אחר עמידה ביעדי ייצור, שיפור ביצועים ותהליכים.
• בניית תוכניות תכנון מול ביצוע.
• ניהול מו"מ בתקציבים גדולים, סגירת חוזים.
• זיהוי בעיות ובמתן מענה לקונפליקטים.
• עבודה מול מחלקות פנים ארגוניות: הנדסה, איכות, תפ"י.

Job Summary:

• This role brings strong analytical skills to drive data reporting using metrics and tracking, data lineage, daily review of business requests, and oversees quality reporting.
• Partner with project teams to drive solution development to meet business needs.
• Manage/resolve incidents and enhancement requests for the assigned functional track.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interface with the business in the support and development of UCT’s SAP Business Warehouse (BW) on HANA and HANA Native Modelling.
• Evaluate user change requests and translate business to system requirements. Drive best practices and identify areas where SAP solutions can be leveraged.  Process and quality-oriented thinking is a must.
• Design, test, implement and support integrations between the SAP and other business applications.
• Determine test cases, and perform unit and integrated testing as needed for system changes
• Create training content and train users on application functionality
• Participate in data cleansing and migration effort to new system

Job Summary:

• This role brings Leading IT Projects, implementing diverse technological solutions, guidance, consult and support to organization users.
• Using Strong analytical skills to drive data reporting using metrics and tracking, data lineage, daily review of business requests, and oversees quality reporting.
• Drive solutions development to meet business needs
• Manage/resolve incidents and enhancement requests for the assigned functional track

Role & Responsibilities:

• Establish ERP global services, coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services: writing   specifications and implement them on the system, guide the end users of any change or existing features.
• upgrade and maintain functionalities of the following systems: QlickView, Bizdoc, SBO.
• Including: open\delete users and licenses, maintain authorities, fix bugs, create new                                            
• processes\features, upgrade existing processes\features.
• Provide technical support to users with ERP system functionalities and its interfaces.
• Build and maintain GAL interfaces with: QlickView, Qlik Sense, Bizdoc, SBO, Enovia, CRM, PVA, PVP, OOFU, Integral.
• Build reports and dashboards using excel, Power Pivot, Power BI and SQL.
• Create IT department purchase quotations
• Manage and support all ERP system activities.
• Coordinate ERP activities, in-house, external resources, cross organization departments and in other company subsidiaries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, Design, Develop and Implement solutions on ERP and Supporting applications.
• Architecting, Implementing, and Integrating solutions focused on tracking, analysing, and improving business processes
• Analysing business requirements and translate them to technical solutions
• Provide technical inputs to development team to design new programs, reports, and interfaces.
• Be a team player, and in the other hand take charge of developer’s priorities.
• Priorities missions, supervise the product quality, refinement, and renewal work procedures.
• Maintenance Supporting applications and systems (QlikView, Qlik Sense, CRM), etc. This includes timeline planning, risk management, internal stake holders and external vendor technical deliverables alignment
• Manage and control the applications budget, licenses, working with external vendors and developers for each supporting application
• Provide help desk support, troubleshooting, provide guidance and training users on existing systems processes 
• Understanding the manufacturing, Supply chain, sales and finance workflows and collaborating with business owners
• Manage multiple projects deliverables and schedules and routinely report progress
• Ongoing maintenance of the systems, monitoring and support faults daily

איפיון חומרים והגדרת פורמולות לצרכים ולמבני המוצר, איתור ובחינת חומרי גלם חדשים ותחליפים/ חומרים ממוחזרים תוך שמירה על תכונות החומר, פיקוח על קבלת חומרים מספקים, פיתוח קשרי לקוחות בארץ ובחו"ל, ניהול התקנים השונים של החברה בתחומי העיסוק של החברה, שותפות לתהליך הנדסת מוצר עם הפיתוח (איתור, פיתוח, הטמעה ויישום טכנולוגיות חדשות), שותפות בבניה וייעול מתמיד של תהליכי יצור (זמני מחזור, איכות המוצר וכד’), בניית תיקי מוצר, חקר כשלים, אחריות על המעבדה, תמיכה טכנולוגית בקווי הייצור בחו"ל ועוד
