ERP System Analyst (JB-265)

UCT Fluid Solutions Is a leading global company that develops, manufactures and markets innovative fluid controls solutions for various industries and looking for ERP System Analyst to join us (Ziporit industrial zone).

Job Summary:

• This role brings Leading IT Projects, implementing diverse technological solutions, guidance, consult and support to organization users.
• Using Strong analytical skills to drive data reporting using metrics and tracking, data lineage, daily review of business requests, and oversees quality reporting.
• Drive solutions development to meet business needs
• Manage/resolve incidents and enhancement requests for the assigned functional track

Role & Responsibilities:

• Establish ERP global services, coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services: writing   specifications and implement them on the system, guide the end users of any change or existing features.
• upgrade and maintain functionalities of the following systems: QlickView, Bizdoc, SBO.
• Including: open\delete users and licenses, maintain authorities, fix bugs, create new                                            
• processes\features, upgrade existing processes\features.
• Provide technical support to users with ERP system functionalities and its interfaces.
• Build and maintain GAL interfaces with: QlickView, Qlik Sense, Bizdoc, SBO, Enovia, CRM, PVA, PVP, OOFU, Integral.
• Build reports and dashboards using excel, Power Pivot, Power BI and SQL.
• Create IT department purchase quotations
• Manage and support all ERP system activities.
• Coordinate ERP activities, in-house, external resources, cross organization departments and in other company subsidiaries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, Design, Develop and Implement solutions on ERP and Supporting applications.
• Architecting, Implementing, and Integrating solutions focused on tracking, analysing, and improving business processes
• Analysing business requirements and translate them to technical solutions
• Provide technical inputs to development team to design new programs, reports, and interfaces.
• Be a team player, and in the other hand take charge of developer’s priorities.
• Priorities missions, supervise the product quality, refinement, and renewal work procedures.
• Maintenance Supporting applications and systems (QlikView, Qlik Sense, CRM), etc. This includes timeline planning, risk management, internal stake holders and external vendor technical deliverables alignment
• Manage and control the applications budget, licenses, working with external vendors and developers for each supporting application
• Provide help desk support, troubleshooting, provide guidance and training users on existing systems processes 
• Understanding the manufacturing, Supply chain, sales and finance workflows and collaborating with business owners
• Manage multiple projects deliverables and schedules and routinely report progress
• Ongoing maintenance of the systems, monitoring and support faults daily
