key role in the procurement team – responsible for subcontractors’ activities.

Well organized and can work in a dynamic, fast changing environment, 

Position requires managing a lot of logistics as well as operational support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct procurement and management of subcontractors in the field of machining in Israel and abroad
• Execution of purchase orders and follow-ups, planning versus execution
• Coordination and procurement for different departments in the company  - Working with multiple interfaces
• Overseas procurement and handling of shipping issues, coordination of shipments and delivery tracking
• Responsibility for inventory reliability - performing inventory counts and controls
• Tracking and control of orders and delivery times
• Approval of invoices.

ביצוע עבודות בתחום החשמל ואחזקת כלל המערכות במבנה, טיפול בתקלות וכו'.
היקף המשרה- א'-ה 08:00-17:00+ הקפצות במידת הצורך.

ניהול שוטף ותחזוקה של כל תשתיות ה- IT בארגון.

• טיפול ליווי והנחיה למשפחות המעון
• מיצוי זכויות עבור הילד ומשפחתו
• קשר עם גורמים מטפלים בקהילה וברווחה
• הנחיה והדרכה צוותים טיפוליים
• בניית תוכניות אישיות בעבודת צוות

לתוכנית ייחודית לליווי צעירים עם מגבלה בהשתלבות בהתנדבות בצה"ל דרוש/ה מדריך/ה.
מטרת התוכנית הינה לאפשר לצעירים עם מגבלה לשרת כמתנדבים בצה"ל.
תפקיד המדריך/ה הינו ללוות את המתנדבים במהלך שירותם בבסיס.
התפקיד כולל:
- ליווי קבוצתי ופרטני בבסיס.
- בניית תכניות אישיות.
- השתתפות בישיבות והכשרות צוות כנדרש.
- עבודה מול מקבלי השירות, מפקדים ומשפחות.
- ליווי בנסיעה בתחבורה ציבורית.

We are looking for  Project Manager in the field of medical devices.
Responsibilities:
Defining technical requirements and motivating the R D team to achieve project goals
Defining and implementing a medical research plan including milestones, schedule, and budget
Managing research information and formulating work methodologies
Coordinating with sub-contractors to ensure project success
Providing professional assistance to medical teams, including equipment installation, demonstration, and training
Leading weekly and monthly work meetings to manage tasks and report on progress
