Responsibilities:
- Leading delivery and support projects (e,g, Devices population)
- Resolve operational problems within the defined SLA and meet customer expectations
- Managing schedules of team members according to customer demand and field needs. Lead and Sync support teams day-to-day activities
- Identifying and acting to remove obstacles to delivering consistently high levels of service
- Leading and supporting customer service teams through required changes
Requirements:
- 2-3 years previous experience in similar positions in a global company
- Experience in CRM or a related industry
- Fluent English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work well independently and as a team member
- Ability to multitask
- Proven ability to solve practical business problems
- Flexible schedule and willing to work overtime when required
- High learning curve, team player
- Background of analytics tools (BI, DBs) - An advantage
- knowledge of logistics and supply chain - An advantage
