Augury is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our Haifa team. You will take an active and direct part in building the finance processes and workflows of a rapidly growing startup.

A day in your life here:

You will own the companywide bookkeeping efforts, in a variety of aspects for Augury both in Israel and abroad:

• Support the relationship with suppliers by:
  • Create purchase orders and managing suppliers in the ERP system
  • Record invoices for local and foreign vendors and follows the approval process. Make payments for both israeli and US entities
  • Set the monthly payment cycles for approval and follow up, including credit card payment
• Provide ease to the customer by:
  • Support the sales team with the new customer review process, including set up in internal systems
  • Own the billing processes
• Lead OCS (Israel Innovation Authority) relationships from request through reporting until payment
• Support the employee life cycle from offer to separation (salary, insurance, expense reports)
• Work closely with Sales and People Operations teams
