An organization that leads youth at risk back to the heart of society

seeks an English-language Resource Development Officer to join its fundraising team.

Job status: full time; the organization’s offices are in Bustan Hagalil (although the position is a hybrid one). Salary range: 11,000 – 13,000.

Duties

Be responsible for all English-language proposals, reports and donor communicationsCoordinate site visit
(including budgets);
Be responsible for English-language marketing communications material;
Research, identify and reach out to new prospects;
Coordinate site visits and fundraising trips.

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש:

Required Skills and Experience

Have demonstrated success in writing successful grants, reports and the full gamut of written donor communications;
Have faultless English and impeccable writing skills;
Are fluent in Hebrew;

Be a self-starter who is entrepreneurial and with the confidence and maturity needed to join a driven team;
Able to meet multiple deadlines and work well under pressure;
Computer literacy: OFFICE, EXCEL, Salesforce, on-line grant reporting and submission.
