UCT Fluid Solutions Is a leading global company that develops, manufactures and markets innovative fluid controls solutions for various industries and looking for HRBP to join our team.

You will be responsible for aligning business goals with employees and management. The role consolidates partnerships across the entire HR function to provide value-added service to management and employees that reflects the organization's business goals.

** Temporary position with option for permanent.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Holds weekly meetings with department managers.
  • Providing training on human resources issues if necessary.
  • Analyzes trends and indicators to develop solutions, plans and policies.
  • Manages and solves complex problems in employee relations. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Provides daily performance management training to department management (eg, coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve labor relations, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides guidance and interpretation of HR policies.
  • Develops contract terms for new employees, promotion and transfers.
  • Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Monitoring to ensure compliance with company goals.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience Requirement:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnostics, labor and union relations, diversity, performance management, and labor laws.
  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs,qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
