An organization that leads youth at risk back to the heart of society
seeks an experienced English-language Resource Development Associate to join its fundraising team.

The position is a full time one (although could be 75 percent), the organization’s offices are in Bustan Hagalil (although the position is a hybrid one. Salary range: 9,000 – 12,000.

Duties
- Be responsible for written communications, including grant proposals, reports and donor communications.
- Be responsible for cultivating relationships with all overseas funders
- Assist with fundraising campaigns
- Research, identify and reach out to new prospects
- Be responsible for the production of English-language marketing and communications material
- Coordinate site visits and fundraising trips

Required Skills and Experience
- Native-level English speaker with outstanding English writing skills – A Must!
- At least two years of experience in grant writing and reporting
- Be a self-starter who is entrepreneurial and with the confidence and maturity needed to join a driven team
- Able to meet multiple deadlines and work well under pressure
- Computer literacy: OFFICE, EXCEL, Salesforce, on-line grant reporting and submission.
