Location: Israel, Beit HaEmek 

We are looking for an Indirect procurement buyer to join our team and be part of the Beewise Operations group. As part of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities to meet our daily indirect purchasing needs.

What You’ll Do?

  • Source, buy, and fulfill purchases across all indirect procurement categories
  • Develop and issue RF(x)s, analyze proposals, negotiate price/delivery, lead the team through a concise, objective, decision-making process
  • Utilize data analytics to enhance processes for sourcing optimization and tail-spend management
  • Provide assistance and training to internal customers regarding indirect procurement of goods and services purchasing and payment channels
  • Additional responsibility may include other procurement activities, cost analysis, recommendation of cost reduction proposals, and improvements to our procurement process,
דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש: 

Required education and experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience of 2+ years in global procurement and negotiations (in a Hi-Tech environment is an advantage).
  • Ability to handle Indirect procurement activities end to end
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Capable of thriving in a stressed and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of English language, written and verbal- a must.
  • High competency level in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – a must.
