Support Operation Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Leading delivery and support projects (e,g, Devices population) 
• Resolve operational problems within the defined SLA and meet customer expectations
• Managing schedules of team members according to customer demand and field needs. Lead and Sync support teams day-to-day activities 
• Identifying and acting to remove obstacles to delivering consistently high levels of service
• Leading and supporting customer service teams through required changes

Requirements:

• 2-3 years previous experience in similar positions in a global company
• Experience in CRM or a related industry
• Fluent English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work well independently and as a team member 
• Ability to multitask
• Proven ability to solve practical business problems
• Flexible schedule and willing to work overtime when required
• High learning curve, team player
• Background of analytics tools (BI, DBs) - An advantage
• knowledge of logistics and supply chain - An advantage 
• Proactive behavior
