Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support to R&D operations, directly assisting engineers in a wide variety of semi-routine tasks.
• Perform basic tasks usually under direct supervision, or within well defined procedures
• Use standard technology to complete assigned tasks
• Compile data and prepare reports in standard format
• Applies specific skills (e.g. machining, analytical testing, etc.) in working to the project plans prepared by the engineers.
• Interact with customers during demonstrations.
• Coordinates and follows up on work assigned to other department
• Identifies improved ways to carry out tasks and works with supervision to implement new procedures
