Responsibilities

• Making export shipments / FRIGHT or COURIER and checking payments.
• Monitoring of land transport of export from Ben Gurion Airport.
• Handling merchandise returns to suppliers
• Execution and tracking of domestic shipments.
• UPS national freight checking accounts include Holon branch accounts.
• Control of raw material import shipments throughout the process until physical arrival at the plant.
• Responsibility for raw material activity, opening, material definitions, monitoring and control of activity orders and inventory including physical inventory.
• Handling transfers between warehouses / STOs
• Addressing current issues of shipping department.
• Integrated 30% - 50% of the daily work with planning activities such as: Review production orders with issues; Releasing / printing production orders; Any activity that may be needed by planning.

• General responsibility for site import and export.
• Preparing deliveries by weekly schedule: Book a place for flights, destinations + weights.
• Preparing accounts in the KIS (internal system).
• Get flight details + Bill of Lading.
• Execute bill of lading invoice. Manual invoice preparation and preparation of UPS or FEDEX system if necessary.
• Monthly checking of accounts - Checking price against UPS price list.
• Submission of relevant customs documents - proof of export to Israeli-made items, account + license.
• Responsibility for executing rotational inventory counts.
• Providing solutions to change raw material does not exist.
• Material transfers between warehouses / factories.
• Any activity which is needed by planning.
