תאור תפקיד: 

We are looking for an experienced and effective Product Manager to head our product development. The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

The manager will be responsible for all tasks, timelines, and deliverables related to product.

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap

  • Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification

  • Manage with external third parties to advance product-related development

  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products 

  • Be an expert with respect to the competition

  • Act as a leader within the company

 

 

Requirements

  • Detail oriented

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager

  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

  • 2 years of experience in a role with hardware-related products

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew + English)

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

  • Technical background, with experience in software

  • Excellent teamwork skills

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

  • Can-do attitude, and a creative, problem-solver by nature 

  • Strong organizational skills (tidy, pedantic, flexible, and adaptive)
