Beewise is looking for an Import/Export coordinator. The Import/Export coordinator has an overall responsibility to manage and monitor our daily shipping and distribution operations. Import/Export coordinator will be the one to ensure raw materials shipments are imported and complete orders shipped and delivered in a timely manner. liaise with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders companies.

Controlling and managing the entire import and export activities, Import of raw material for production and R&D samples, Export of our products abroad (Air and Ocean). Maintain shipping records. (Packing, Shipping, regulation, documentation, etc).
Rate negotiation with courier, freight forwarders and agents - Establish relationships with agents and carriers that guarantee efficient and accurate routings and billings.
Lead the domestic transportations in the USA.
Monitoring our global spare parts shipments activity. (Replenishments, RMAs, FAs) – Soon.
Close interfaces with purchasing, production, order fulfilment, sales, support, finance, Warehouse and Company’s subcontractors.
Job Requirement:
3+ years previous experience in similar positions in a global company
Strong written/verbal communication skills required; ability to interact and build relationships with both internal and external customers.
knowledge of Freight forwarding procedures, Incoterms, the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, Customs regulations and other government agency requirements
Solid knowledge of logistics procedures
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
Flexible schedule and willing to work overtime when required
High learning curve, team player
Good verbal and written English skills – Mandatory
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word etc)
Proactive behavior
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration or equivalent – An advantage.
Experience in warehousing, storage and inventory management methodologies - An advantage.
