אחריות על תכנון, תאום ובקרת תהליכי היצור. עליו להבטיח עמידה בדרישות הבטיחות והאיכות וכן לפעול להתייעלות ושיפור מתמיד. כמו-כן ניהול משאבים, כ"א וציוד על מנת לעמוד ביעדי הייצור.
תיאור תפקיד:
יישום תכניות הייצור של התפ"י.
תאום ושיתוף פעולה עם ממשקים, ביניהם טכנולוגיה, איכות, אחזקה, ממונה בטיחות ועוד.
טיפול בנושאי כ"א – קליטת עובדים, הדרכות והכשרות, משמעת, סידורי עבודה ועוד.
טיפול בציוד בתאום עם מחלקת האחזקה.
קביעת יעדים ומדדים, KPI, צמצום פחתים וזמני סטאפ, שיפור תפוקות ועמידה במועדי אספקה ללקוחות.
אכיפת נהלי איכות ובטיחות.
ניהול תקציבים ובקרה על הוצאות.
ניהול של דרג מנהלי ביניים (מנהלי מחלקות) ודיווח למנהל התפעול. חלק מהנהלת התפעול.

לחברה בפריסה ארצית דרוש/ה חשב/ת שכר- 
ניהול מקצועי של השכר בארגון המונה מעל 700 עובדים.
אחריות וטיפול בהכנת שכר מא' עד ת' לעובדי החברה לפי הסכמים שונים: שעתיים, משמרות, חודשיים וגלובליים.
יישום ואכיפה של מדיניות שכר והטבות בארגון.
ביצוע בקרות שכר נרחבות טרם סגירת השכר ובקרות שוטפות.
קליטה והקמת עובדים חדשים במערכת.
איסוף נתוני נוכחות, בקרה על דוחות הנוכחות והסכמי נוכחות במערכת.
עדכון שוטף של נתוני שכר.
טיפול בסיומי העסקה ופרישה.
אחריות על תחום הפנסיה בחברה.
דיווח לקופות גמל, ביטוח לאומי ומס הכנסה.
דיווחים חודשיים ושנתיים לרשויות המס.
הכנת חומר לאקטואר רבעוני ושנתי.
הבנה בפקודת שכר.
ביצוע בקרה תקציבית של עלויות השכר.
מילוי טפסים עפ"י בקשת העובדים לרשויות השונות לרבות ביטוח לאומי, חברות ביטוח ומס הכנסה.
הכנת דוחות שכר למנהלים ולהנהלה בכירה.
מתן מענה מקצועי לעובדים ולמנהלים.

You will be responsible for game functionality translating concepts, design ideas, and requirements into an engaging player experience. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of experience with Unity development technologies, strong programming and coding skills, a keen eye for details, and analytical skills for identifying potential issues in a design plan. Working across multiple departments, the Unity developer must have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a good sense of teamwork to develop a unified common vision.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the features and components in a game lifecycle, and lead the product design and coding
• Plan, design, and implement high-quality game features,
• Efficient collaboration with the pedagogic/design team and support teams to ensure that goals and schedules are compatible with business and project needs
• Establish an effective pipeline for strategy and development
• Create and iterate quickly on prototypes that showcase new designs and interaction patterns
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reliable, and reusable code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and games
• Identify errors, risks, and application bottlenecks, and implement solutions to avoid or mitigate problems in a timely manner
• Making products meet high industry standards
• Conducting code reviews and optimizing processes to meet company goals
• Assist with the hiring process for additional team members
• Provide a User-centric approach to development and continuous improvements

הובלת צוות תפעול מכירות שוק מקומי – ניהול הצוות, בניית תכניות הכשרה וחניכה, עיצוב תהליכי עבודה, הגדרת תפקידים, חלוקת תיקים וקביעת סדרי עדיפויות.
