BMC Tel- Hai is looking for an experienced System Administrator for IT support in an RnD environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Handle desktop related tickets daily that refer to complicated problems of users' work environment.
• Manage day to day Infrastructure and clients support of internal users at BMC Europe offices (remote support) including LAN, Wi-Fi, Audio Video endpoints at meeting rooms, printers, laptops, MAC Apple devices etc.
• Investigate complex problems of performance degradation of the client’s environment.
• Create software package to enroll and deploy in all the organizations' clients.
• Create windows OS images and Apple macOS images for clients.
• Manage endpoint and OS across EMEA region, including software OS installation and macOS installation, 3rd party software installation, patches and driver etc.
• Deploy and provision IT equipment, including endpoint and work environment for new hires across EMEA sites.
• Manage vendors and supplier at your region.
• Deploy Mobile phone devices for employees based on request including MDM enrolment and handle mobile device support’s requests.
• Create and manage automation and scripts for client OS testing, Software package mass deployment.
• Handle support request from other internal IT groups and/or users related to Skype, OS, patches etc.
• Develop automation for Assets Management Product, Integration with CRM product using .net and C-sharp.
• Develop and manage SKYPE automation scripts.
• Develop automation to test new MAC and Windows images on multiple hardware devices.
• Create automatic scripts and programs for repeating tasks.

As SQA Engineer you will Execute tests; search for defect and create accurate report via the Remedy\Jira system; Participate in regression activities to ensure product quality; Create and maintain test scripts in applicable programming\scripting language; automate products features ,install product releases and maintenance; verify new features, Review product documents; write clear and concise MTP,CTP and document issue verification. You will be following an established organizational process, participate in tracking metrics & work through a full development lifecycle in area of responsibility, promoting process improvements.

עדכון נתוני הייצור בתוך מערכת המידע (כ"א, זמני תקן,משמרות וכו') 
בדיקת איזון המערכת בסוף תקופה (סגירת פקעות,ניפוקי בנים,השלמת חומר) 
תכנון קווי השמה

בעל/ת שליטה מלאה בתוכנות גרפיות ובעל/ת ניסיון מוכח גם בדיגיטל.

• ביצוע חקירות איכות, יזימת פעולות מתקנות ומונעות ומעקב אחר יישומן.
• חקירת תלונות לקוח, דיווח ממצאים ומעקב אחר תיקונם.
• הכרות מעמיקה עם נהלי החברה, כתיבה ועדכון נהלים.
• השתתפות פעילה בתיקון ושיפור תהליכים בארגון.
• ריכוז וניהול מסמכי האיכות, ניהול ארכיון האיכות.
• הסמכה לשיחרור תיקי אצווה.
• הובלת וולידציות למעקרים ולתהליכים שונים במפעל
