תאור תפקיד:

BMC is looking for a skillful Java team Lead to join our experienced APM team developing state-of-the-art software products.

You will be in charge of coding new product features as well as maintaining existing products and supporting our customers.

You will be working with other teams both in Israel and abroad.

Development areas include on premise and cloud (SaaS) based products, using advanced technologies and with various development languages.

5+ years proven experience in software development using object oriented language (Java, C++, C# etc.)
At least 2 years Java development experience
Experience leading development teams - advantage
Experience with J2EE application servers – advantage
Experience with object oriented design – advantage
Experience with various web servers (Apache/Nginx/IIS)– advantage
Experience with multi-platform development (Windows, Linux, Unix) – advantage.
Experience in support processes and/or customer facing activities - advantage
Smart person, with analytical thinking and strong problem solving abilities
Self-starter requiring minimal oversight, demonstrates consistent involvement with flexibility and good follow-through skills.
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Very good English language knowledge, both oral and written
Exceptional initiative and drive.
