Well-established global leader in state-of-the-art medical devices development and
manufacturing based in Israel, is looking for highly motivated and creative Mechanical Engineer
for R&D department .

Responsibilities

 Design new medical products as part of R&D department.
 Define devices' requirements and specifications based on multiple stakeholders' inputs –
technical specifications, usability specifications, regulatory specifications.
 Prototype, build and improve designs utilizing clinical personnel feedback throughout
design process.
 Work with wide variety of technologies – wide variety of machining options (5-axis CNC
to Swiss-type lathing), 3D Printing, PIM/MIM, and many more technologies available in-
house during products' early stages.
 Lead R&D projects from kickoff to mass production:
 Plan and perform design validation activities.
 Support regulatory activities – Validations, testing.
 Work in multi-disciplinary team to successfully deliver market-ready product.
 Create and maintain R&D ation dictated by procedural development design control –
DHF, RMR.
 Participate in production process flow setup.
 Work in well-regulated and standardized medical environment: ISO 13485, ISO 14971,
ISO 24971.
